There was only one person serving at lunchtime (someone had rung in sick), and she was clearly run off her feet. That being said, she ignored my husband completely, and it was only when we were about to leave, after waiting for more than 15 minutes to be served, that she sprung into action. We had paninis to eat, which were very nice, but were a bit distracted by the loud sweary locals standing at the bar. It looks like it should be charming, but there was no charm about it at all.
